It’s soft/chewy candy with small amounts of vitamins A, C, and E added. Each pouch contains a small handful, enough to cure your sweet tooth for a little while. Good for packing with kids’ lunches, or toss some in with your own lunch before you leave for work, or take them as a snack when you go hiking or camping. I literally have nothing bad to say about these. Just please, only eat one packet at a time. They are CANDY, they are mostly sugar, and you don’t want to get cavities or diabetes, right? Enjoy in moderation. Maybe one pouch at lunch and another after dinner?

These fruit snacks are the best! There definitely my favorite out of all the flavors. I ordered these on a weekly basis until they were no longer available thru Amazon. They were always fresh, they are soft and easy to chew and a convenient snack for any time of the day. There great for an on the go snack. The variety is a great blend of different flavors the usual. There were reasonably priced for the amount you get. Until they went up in price.
