My while family was involved in the boxing of this as we were all intrigued. The only reason I removed a star was because the instructions were lacking and hard to understand. It’s an aroma diffuser and it never mentions adding oils, how much, etc and I’ve never owned one before so I thought that was odd. The directions were just bad. Aside from that, we LOVE this thing. You can have it glowing while it shoots out little jelly fish puffs randomly. You can have it do that in a circular pattern. You can also have it so it does it to the beat of music or your own voice. There is an additional option to not have jellyfish puffs but just a stream of steam. There are two timer options, 4 and 8 hours, or just continuous running. This kept my kids entertained for a long time.

First things first: This works and it looks just like the pictures when working.
While I’d call the results more like smoke/fog rings than “jellyfish”, it’s still pretty cool the way it cycles through and seeing the set of motors underneath that shows how this pulls that off shows that more thought and effort went into the design of this than a typically table-top diffuser.
The remote offers a number of options to control the lights and puffs including one that responds to music which is kind of cool.
The only downside is that with this being made almost entirely of plastic, it has kind of a cheap feel to it but if you’re looking and not touching, you don’t notice that.
Overall, this is a fun little diffuser, especially if you have kids. It doesn’t look like it’s trying to be high-tech the way some do of similar build quality and at the same time, it’s not exactly classic, either.
It’s a fun bit of whimsy, instead.

Updated response: This companies customer service department needs a raise. I didn’t expect anything when I left my review just wanted to share my experience. The company contacted me and after showing pictures of the issue the apologized and sent me a replacement for free. They were polite and courteous the entire time and really tried to give me the best customer service possible. I really appreciated their efforts to understand my issue with their product and the. Wanting to make it right which is why I’ve updated my rating from 2 stars to 5.

I L-O-V-E this diffuser!!!! It’s so cute, puts out a surprising amount of mist and is so aesthetically pleasing to me it’s insane.
Here’s my issue. I loved it so much I used it almost 24/7 lol but I started to notice it looked like the runner on the inside was starting to melt? After awhile I ended up catching a cold and in my delirium “ May or may NOT!” have poured an entire bottle of Vicks vapor rub inhalant into the reservoir (that you’re really only supposed to put a couple of drops on a piece of cotton and let the heated mist wash over that). ALLEGEDLY, your honor! Also the “Max Fill line is a sticker that fell off so I started measuring with my heart and my heart didn’t want to come back anytime soon to refill this thing.
So basically after the ALLEGED mishandling incident of the product happened it kind of congealed and the “ melting “ got worse. So I thought it was my fault and I’m not gonna blame the piece of equipment for my user error ( IF it was even my fault!).
So I happily bought another one bc I loved it so much. This time I refrained from using it 24/7; stuck to pre-approved essential oil liquids only anmd strictly andhere to the “Max fill line”…only to have it start melting on the inside again! =………<. ( old school crying emoji for u young’ins)
One of the worst parts is some of the small intake vents for fresh air to come in so the fans can push out the jelly fish mist started to melt over. So I got to perform emergent jellyfish diffuser surgery to try and save its life. I WAS able to scrape away the melting plastic and open up the vents again but I’m guessing it’s only a matter of time before this one eventually breaks on me too.
I took 3 stars away because my dream of having cute little baby jellyfish clouds living in my house was crushed. I screw up ( Allegedly) shame on me, you make promises but provide an inferior product shame on you!

Love this diffuser!!! It’s so cool to watch! It has great output, not too heavy. I like that it has three modes, intermittent, constant and it will also “puff” to the beat of music or random noises. It holds a decent amount of water. Will run 6-8 hours. The light color options are excellent! Easy to fill, and the remote works great. Happy with my purchase!

UPDATE:
The diffuser top cracked within a few uses and that top then separated into two pieces. I still like it so I guess I’ll have to figure out how to fix it. Lowered my review a star.
This diffuser is so fun! I love watching it, and the water lasts a long time. Although it leaves some droplets on the top surface, it doesn’t spray beyond the circumference of the cauldron top. I’ll be using it on my porch at Halloween with a sugar cookie fragrance!
