The mat arrives nicely packaged with a strap and a space-saving carrying case. When pulling it out of the carrying case it seemed it would never go back in, but it actually slid back in with no trouble.
Seting up and toggling through to the temperature you want is quick and simple. Was expecting something closer to the size of a cookie sheet, but this mat has room! If you were thinking the plates in the photo were little things, confirm the measurements. A large turkey or multiple batches of dough won’t be a problem. If space on your counter is limited, you’ll be especially pleased it’s easy to roll up for storing. It’s too big for us, so brainstorming where best to store it.

Received this item today and found the photos deceiving. After reviewing the item, the Video does show a white cord but since the entire unit is black with a minimal outline and manufactures name in white, I would have preferred the cord in black as per pictured.
The unit does heat quickly and will be easy to store.

This food warming mat looks good and feels well-made. Its website states that it uses graphene heating. Graphene is made of pure carbon, which is made up of a single layer of carbon atoms that are arranged in a honeycomb pattern. Graphene is flexible, durable, and eco-friendly. It has high conductivity and is more energy-efficient than traditional heating methods; therefore, it costs less to run. Describing this mat with the word “warming” is a huge understatement because its highest heat setting is a 100-degree Celsius, which is the boiling point of water. Therefore, be careful when using it and keep it away from children.
I eat slowly as well as my older daughter. Oftentimes, she eats while doing craft work and will take up to an hour to finish her lunches or dinners. Of course, the hot food gets cold quickly and sometimes needs to be microwaved.
With this warming mat, she can keep her food warm until the end of her meals, which is great. It has six temperature settings, allowing her to choose how hot she wants to keep her food. According to its webpage, it can be set to shut off after one to six hours.
I do not know if this food warming mat is certified for safety by any respectable organizations, such as UL (Underwriters Laboratories), CE (Conformité Européenne), ETL (Electrical Testing Laboratories), PSE Mark (Product Safety Electrical Appliance & Material), CSA (Canadian Standards Association), and by RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). Since this mat generates a good amount of heat and it involves foods, I believe that the manufacturer needs to get certification from RoHS if it has not done it yet.
Normally, the manufacturer shows such certifications on its product, but this warming mat does not show any. Its webpage does not mention any certification. I misplaced and cannot find its user manual, so I do not know if they show the certifications in there or not. This mat needs at least one safety certification from one of the previously mentioned organizations.

I thought I would just use this for keeping sides warm at dinner parties, but I use it for more than that. I thaw meat on it, I use it to gently keep dishes warm when I am multitasking a few dishes and one finishes early. I warm the dinner plates on it for serving. I like the multiple temp settings, the size, and it is so easy to wipe clean, roll up and store. I like mine so much I bought each of my sisters one for Christmas.

I have wanted one of these for a while, and finally decided to get one. I actually purchased this one “slightly used” which I have never done before. It had a bit of dust on it—what black silicone pad wouldn’t have any dust on it! It works great! definitely a worthwhile investment. One thought–the picture shows 6 different plates at one time. I fixed a pot roast, and I had 1 plate with meat on it, and the 2nd plate with veggies-that’s all that would fit. My plates were regular 10 inch dinner plates.

Very useful warming mat, used several times already. Buffet dishes are more appetizing when warmed on this mat. As the mat can make the surface it’s on quite hot at higher temperature settings, we now use a thin board under it.
