Prodotto arrivato nel imballaggio originale, ma integro. Eseguito a lettera le istruzioni prima dell’uso ed oltre. Ho provveduto a riscaldare un po’ alla volta la pietra per temperarla a dovere. La piastra raggiunge velocemente oltre 200 gradi centigradi, in meno di dieci minuti. Già per la pietra ci vogliano oltre 20 minuti e resta un po’ sotto di temperatura. Sarebbe per otto persone una volta che ci sono otto padelline, ma consiglio massimo quattro, con due padelline a testa. Anche perché la superficie da cuocere non è tanto grande. Ho preparato Raclette per due ed è stato giusto.
Importante: la pietra trattiene a lungo il calore. Perciò bisogna aspettare delle ore per il raffreddamento totale prima di avviare la pulizia. Sempre conforme manuale di istruzioni. Super sodisfatta!
Nota: Aparecchio è per Raclette, perciò il principe è il formaggio! Non la Fiorentina! 🤭 tutto il resto è contorno!
