By visiting our website, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order through our platform.

These Terms are intended to apply to customers and transactions in Malaysia and shall be interpreted subject to applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

Where an age restriction applies to a particular product or service, you confirm that you meet the applicable legal age requirement.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable Malaysian law, to refuse, cancel or restrict an order or account where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.

By placing a COD order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

  • Make reasonable efforts to be available to receive the parcel during the courier’s delivery window.

  • Pay the applicable COD amount when the order is delivered.

  • Restriction of future orders

  • Suspension or restriction of an account

Any decision to restrict COD access will be made subject to applicable Malaysian law.

Where permitted by law, reasonable additional courier or return-to-sender costs arising from intentional or unjustified COD refusal may be taken into account when determining future COD eligibility.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights available under Malaysian law.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before taking such action, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, website or legal rights.

Termination or suspension does not release either party from obligations that arose before the termination.

Any rights or obligations that are intended to survive termination will continue to apply where appropriate.
